All shipments are F. O. B. New Rochelle, New York, unless otherwise specified. All Dealer Domestic shipments over $3,500 outside our delivery area will be sent by common carrier on a freight allowed basis. Orders will be shipped freight collect and customer may deduct freight from invoice by attaching a copy to payment. Freight will be allowed only when invoices are paid within terms. *Freight exceptions are listed below. Prices include standard domestic packing only. Crating and export packing extra.

Claims:
All claims must be made within ten days after receipt of merchandise. If any shipment is received in a damaged condition your claim must be filed with the delivering carrier and damages must be noted on the freight bill before you accept the merchandise.
