All returns are subject to our written approval, and must be accompanied by a
“RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION" (RGA) Form
Forms can be obtained from Bel-Aqua Pool Supply Inc., prior to shipment.
Date of original purchase and invoice number must be included in the request for an RGA. Material returned for credit, if in original condition and resalable, is subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Returned materials must be sent freight prepaid within 60 days of purchase.
Special order items are not returnable.
