Order On-Line 24 Hours a Day
You can enter item numbers for quick orders or search our product catalog for the merchandise that you are looking for. Our complete catalog is searchable on-line. The menus and product groupings are designed similar to our product catalog so it is easy to follow.
Extensive product detail and exploded parts diagrams on-line: We have over 40,000 items available for ordering on-line. Thousands of items also have product information available for view to help in your purchasing decisions. Pictures and technical information are just a click away from the search results field. In addition, we have links to most of our manufacturer's websites available via our home page.
Hint: When searching a product catalog, refine your searches for quicker results. Leaving the [*any] option will require longer searches.

Shopping Cart Features
Designed to help speed up the order process we have incorporated many helpful features in the shopping cart that can be customized for the individual user.
A cart is specific to an individual user and each company or facility can have multiple users and multiple carts.
The shopping cart stores all your history of e-order items for easy reorders. The shopping cart is constantly being updated after each order. You also have the ability to delete items that you do not want to have in your cart. After an order is submitted, the quantity of all the items in the cart is reset to zero for future reorders. The more orders you place on-line, the more item history the cart will retain.
Why multiple carts? - Each company or facility may have different users that are responsible for different types of items. You might be responsible for ordering chemicals, while someone else orders equipment. Each cart can then contain the items that are more relevant to the type of items that each individual might order.
"Imagine the Possibility" - You log on, review the cart which can have all your most commonly ordered items. Every item number and description of the items in your cart is easily viewed. Scan down the cart and just add the quantity in for any items you would like to order, click add to cart, decide on your shipping method, add any comments that we might need to know, click checkout, and your done.
We currently have the cart template for all users to sort alphanumerically by item number, which probably is the easiest way to view the cart, however at the users request we can have the cart sort by item class, keeping all like items together. For example, if the cart is sorted by class then all the chemicals would be together, pumps, pool cleaners, etc. If you would like to change the cart sort order please email us.
Remember every user can add any item to their own cart and we can also build a cart for you. Please contact us if you have any questions about how the shopping cart system works.
View Item Detail, Order Information and Account History
Our website and our billing software are one environment. This allows us to present to you data that is in real time and always current. Whether you place an eOrder on-line, fax us, call us or come in to visit us to place an order, all your orders current and in history are available for you to view on-line. All orders have complete item detail, line item pricing and totals.
Tracking Information: If an order is shipped via UPS the tracking information including the UPS tracking number is also instantly available for view on-line as soon as the order shipped. You can use this number to track your packages on-line through UPS.com.
Pending Orders, Back Orders, Quotes, Invoices - You can search via date or your PO number to view any pending orders, open back orders, quotations or invoices. This can help you in your billing and job costing for current and future orders as well as keeping track of the items you currently have on order.
Check Out Options
The Check Out screen gives you many options. You can enter a shipping address or choose from a drop down list of current shipping addresses. You can choose a method of shipping, enter any comments or delivery instructions, check prices and verify the quantity ordered and then submit the order. Prior to submitting an order you have the ability to go back and modify your order.
Search Results and Advance Search
Our product catalog is divided into what we call Item Class, Item Product Group within a Item Class, and Item Detailed Product Group. This gives the user a maximum of Three layers to refine their search to arrive at the products or parts they are searching for. We then allow the user to sort by manufacturer if desired. On the item Detail Product Group search screen you can also select (*any) giving the search result of all items with in a Product Group and also choose (*any) for manufacturer. The user can choose (*any) for one or both fields.
