New York State Adopted the IRC 2003 requiring all new pools as of January 1st 2008 to have dual main drain plumbing and Safety Vacuum Release Systems (SVRS)
CT is at the 2003 Code Level
NJ is at the 2006 Code Level
CT and NJ also both require dual main drain plumbing and SVRS units
